Do you have a store I can visit?

-No store at this time, all work is made to order and shipped when completed. For pricing and payments you will need to email us so that we can provide a link to the payment portal. Check out the About Us/Contact Page for the info.

What kind of turn around/wait time can I expect for custom shoe requests?

-All shoes are ordered directly from the manufacturers website or licensed store. Once you place your order with EB Customs, we will order the shoes online from the vendor. As soon as the shoes are RECEIVED by EB Customs you will be notified and can expect a 2-5 week turn around time from that date depending on the current workload. We will be in contact every step of the way for full transparency, but you are welcome to contact us for any updates.

Do you ship outside of the US?

-Not at this time, but this may change in the future so keep an eye out!

What is your refund/return policy?

- Due to the nature of custom work, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTION

-It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure you order the correct shoe size and agree on the final design of the custom.

-If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you within reason. We definitely want to make your experience as easy and as pleasurable as possible.

Can I send you my own shoes?

-Yes you can! Please send us an email with pics of the shoe and we'll be happy to work with you.

-If you want to revive an older pair of shoes, we can work something out, keep in mind this is up to our discretion as some shoes may be too far gone to work with, please contact us for more information.

How do I get started? 

-Visit our "About Us/Contact" page and send us a message from your preferred method to start placing your order. All requests will be submitted through email for full transparency and for the protection of the seller and buyer. We look forward to realizing your creative vision on your custom!
